Format

Small-group settings (in-person)

Most programs run weekly for 4–8 weeks

Includes educational handouts, exercises, and optional homework

Who It’s For: Open to the public. No prior experience required. Designed for individuals who want to grow their understanding of health, psychology, and behavior in a supportive group format.
